Our Leadership
SBMP Leadership
SBMP is run by a nine-member Board of Directors who directly govern the organization. The Board of Directors meets physically five times a year and by conference call on an as-needed basis. A four-member Executive team serves as the conduit between SBMP and carriers, vendors and regulatory entities. All members of the BOD and Executive team are agents. Finally, an Executive Director serves as the administrative arm of the organization.

SBMP Officers are elected annually at the first Membership meeting of the year. Although not specifically required, many have prior experience as members of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is a nine-member panel that governs the organization and are elected by the membership. Members serve three-year terms. Each year, three seats are up for election to ensure stability in leadership.
