Ark Assurance Group in Tyler, Texas has joined SBMP, Inc. Ark was established in 1977 and is owned by Criss Sudduth and John HInsley, Jr. SBMP currently has thirty locations in the state.

Recently, at the annual SBMP planning and retreat sessions held in July in Ruidoso, NM, SBMP welcomed to the family the Ron Patterson Insurance Agency in Richardson, Texas.
This addition brings the total number of affiliate members to 18 with 25 locations spread across central and west Texas. The affiliate members gladly extended the invitation to Patterson citting their experience, personnel, location, additional market presence and insurance carrier representation as strengths for their inclusion into the SBMP Insurance Group.
